Principal Dental Surgeon
Park St Dental Practice, Mona Vale
Dr Neda Gorji is the Principal Dental Surgeon and owner of Park St Dental Practice in Mona Vale, and the founder of Dental Implant Centre, in Mona Vale.
Neda graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2002 and later obtained a Certificate of General Dentistry (BDS) through the Australian Dental Council (ADC) and The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. She continued her postgraduate education at Charles Sturt University, where she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implants (PDDI).
With extensive experience across a wide range of private general and specialist dental practices, Neda has continually refined her clinical skills. She is deeply committed to ongoing education and professional development, ensuring she remains at the forefront of modern dentistry and is able to provide the highest standard of care to her patients.
Neda joined Park St Dental Practice in 2016 as Principal Dental Surgeon and practice owner. She is known for her conservative, preventative approach to dentistry and her genuine passion for patient-centred care.
Dental Implants
Neda is an accredited Implantologist and an alumna of Charles Sturt University and the Bii Institute of Implantology. She has extensive experience in implant dentistry.
Cosmetic Dentistry
She is highly experienced in cosmetic dento-facial treatments, including personalised teeth whitening, cosmetic veneers, crowns and bridges, as well as cosmetic injectables (muscle relaxants and dermal fillers).
Children’s Dentistry
Neda’s calm, compassionate chairside manner—combined with years of experience in a specialist paediatric dental practice and her role as a mother—makes her particularly well suited to treating children, including anxious or reluctant patients. She enjoys caring for children of all ages and focuses on preventative strategies to minimise the need for future dental treatment.
Facial Pain, TMJ and Headache Disorders
Neda has a special interest and extensive knowledge in the diagnosis and management of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and associated facial pain, headaches, and neck discomfort.
Becoming a dentist fulfilled a childhood dream for Neda. To keep her skills current, she has completed numerous advanced courses, including the OTC course at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, an advanced implant dentistry program at the Bii Institute of Implantology, and the Postgraduate Diploma of Dental Implantology at Charles Sturt University, along with multiple courses in general and cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, TMJ and facial pain management, and cosmetic injectables.
Neda and her husband emigrated to Australia after he was awarded a prestigious scholarship to undertake his PhD in Electron Microscopy and Nanotechnology at Monash University, Melbourne. In 2012, they relocated to Sydney’s Northern Beaches, which they proudly call home.
Outside the practice, you’ll often find Neda at the local beaches and playgrounds—chasing after her young son as he climbs rocks and builds sandcastles—or relaxing in the sun with a good book.
